Why do we wait for the end of the calendar year, today 31st of December to send wishes to each other for such matters like,
Health, Peace, Prosperity & Joy.
Yes, yes, we do say and hope the wishes will last for the entire New Year
Come to our own selves.
Why do we wait for a weekend, month end or quarter to complete our Fiduciary and other chores.
Daily completion will keep you ready for the summary and submission for any period of your choosing.
Birthdays!!! Anniversaries!!!!
If every day is signified by the rising of the Sun and its end by the setting of the Sun, is it not the birth of a New Day for you me and the Universe every day.
Imagine like the Y2K scare, if all clocks stop working on a single day.
Yes that is a possibility with large Solar Flare occurrences that could shut down and upset all electronic / quartz based timepieces except maybe the mechanical movements, which almost are collectors pieces today.
Recognize your body clock.
It is Nature's GIFT, unique to you at conception in your Mother’s Womb.
Just as we all synchronize our man-made clocks with that of the Atomic Clocks;
Synchronize your body clock to the rising and setting sun – Your Circadian Cycle
Don’t forget to synchronize it with all the aura, feelings, sentiments and moods of those around you.
Modern psychology also calls it “Mirroring” in human sciences it is called “Empathy”
Calibrate and fine tune it regularly with so many tools around you:

Your bum chum friends who make you laugh
Natural sounds of the birds, winds, and waves and
