Slow Down – Simple Sayings by Alfred
Take a deep breath is the lifesaving simple mantra effective and useful in all situations: small, large, trivial, shocking, alarming, sudden, fearful, unexplained, including a Miracle and windfall happy situations
What it does is to, prepare you to slow down your heart rate.
The Operative action is – Slow Down.
Slowing down of anything and everything starting with your breath increases your ability to:
Think, control, innovate, analyse, conclude, empathise, forgive, retrace, remember, rejoice, reinvent, rejuvenate, rejoin, readjust, repent, refresh, reset, reorganise, reinstate, most of all relax

Slowing down, works for all times and all ages.
Those in a high paced situation;
those in a slow trajectory;
Young and Old, regardless of Stature or Energy Level

Afterall laws of Physics as explained by Newton’s laws of motion, simply put, are applicable to mental state of mind too – it’s that simple.
Laws of the Universe are at your beckoning.
