Our world has just come out of a virtual shut down and many parts are still struggling with the Pandemic - Despite  our Modernity and Technology.
With the War in Ukraine we are staring at a new world order or should i say disorder - reaked with selfishness, greed and dogs of war

Each one of us, have to take the opportunity to look into our own lives. How many wars and challenges are you fighting, facing and bracing for. Some self created and some inflicted upon ourselves by our unwillingness to face reality.

Shouldnt we be building our own Noah's Ark!!!

What should be the design and features of this your own Ark
Good Insulation - Protect yourself against fake news, slander, gossip and Naysayers
Leak Proof - Nurture and protect your inner strengths from depleting. Count your Blessings - Education, UpBringing, Values, Past experiences and learnings, Instincts, etc.
Centre of Gravity - Balance yourself for the long haul. Have an open mind to Hear, Examine, Inspect and then Accept
Compass - Have a good quality inner compass, calibrated by Wise Counsel. World is full of unadulterated scriptures. I rely on the Daily Stoic and some of my own developed Axioms (mostly out of my own experiences)
All encompassing - Have close contact with your circle of friends, philosophers and guides. However small, or large,  keep room for that circle to grow
