Stand up and try balancing on one feet.

Guilt - Drown that Guilt feeling of whatever act, thought or deed, with acts of Charity, Kindness, Politeness, Caring and Love with all those whom you meet or encounter today, just for one moment even.  Afterall, even the most loathful of act needs forgiveness. What better way than forgetting it. Afterall, Guilt is mostly it is only in your mind.
