I have wondered, how we take such simple things for granted, like walking Bare feet sometimes if not always

Stay grounded they say.

The hard and often uneven surface brings your conciousness down to realty;

Smooth and soft grass, lulls us into the beauty in Nature;

How much we are dependant on protection. Be it the lowly footwear, clothes, roof, most of all the companionship of elders, friends and relations;

The static charge needs to be discharged from time to time. How much built up there is in us, mostly unknowingy of, Anger, resentment, anxiety, impatience, jealousy, biases, etc;

“Simply, Discharge, offload, Defrag & Reset.”
